All our artworks are custom-made based on your requirements. Therefore, once the order is confirmed and work has started, we do not offer refunds or cancellations.

Orders can only be canceled before the work has started. Once the artwork process begins, cancellation will not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect artwork, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or proof. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement or correction.

In rare cases where a refund is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method within a few working days.
